About Us

Christopher Fielden loves growing plants and spending time in the garden. When he is not in the garden or spending time outside on the farm, he works as an ADA accessibility consultant.
Beth Trigg loves heirloom seeds, compost, and homegrown everything. In addition to working on the farm, Beth is a consultant to nonprofit organizations. With her consulting practice, Taproot Consulting, Beth helps nonprofit organizations build capacity and supports efforts for social, economic, and environmental justice. Beth is also a mama to 5 year old Zadie, who loves gardening and eating veggies!

Farm Family and Community
Our friends, families, and communities are vital to the life of our farm. Dozens of friends, interns and apprentices, farm workers, students, customers, and family members have contributed mightily to help our farm succeed - giving their time, labor, and love, pitching in to help care for animals, build greenhouses, harvest veggies, transplant seedlings, pull weeds, shovel manure, and build garden beds over the years.
Other farm residents include dairy goats, chickens, and our beloved dogs, Maisey and Shorty. |
Everyone has a right to fresh, local healthy food
"Food justice is everyone having enough to eat; healthy food for our children; food that doesn't contain harmful things that we don't know about; freedom to grow our own food; ability to buy food directly from farmers; fair wages for those who grow, cook and work with food." ~Urban & Environmental Policy Institute
